I have turned the Windows Installer off and dorsum on, yet there was still the same fault message. The aforementioned thing happened when I re-downloaded Windows Essentials.

It says that "Some other program prevents the execution of the installation plan from occuring. Fault: 0x80070643. Source: Watson-x64" What could be that program which is blocking the installation?

I am actually pissed off at the Microsoft Support staff right now, because this is the 3rd fourth dimension I've been trying to go help from Microsoft employees, and none of them answered me dorsum. So about one month ago I bought a new calculator, on which I wanted to install Windows Movie Maker. Everything was doing okay until an error message popped upwards three times, saying "Windows couldn't complete the requested changes. The changes couldn't be completed. Please reboot your figurer and try again. Fault lawmaking: 0x800700C1". So, another error message shows upward saying that "Another program prevents the execution of the installation plan from occuring. Fault: 0x80070643. Source: Watson-x64".

Similar mistake letters also appear when I try to install different video editing softwares:

-Sony Vegas Pro: Error: -2147163964 occured during installation

MOdule C:\Program Files (x86) \Sony\Shared Plug-Ins/Audio_x64.dll failed to refister. HRESULT -2147010895.

HitFilm four Express: An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.CRT,version="nine.0.30729.5570",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64",blazon=win32". HRESULT: 0x800700C1

Windows picture maker is not supported on win10.

Windows defender may be blocking the install.

Required .net files are missing or corrupted, download the .net

version required from microsoft.

Install the program in compatibility mode, set the plan to run in compatibility way.
